Hands - not matching, some wear to the hour hand.
Case - cases associated to the movement, inner case with surface marks, replacement stem with solder to the base of the stem and inside the inner case, crudely done with gap in the solder between the stem and case, associated outer case with light surface marks, inner case hallmarked London 1792, outer case hallmarked London 1840.
