French gilt brass repeating and striking carriage clock with alarm, the white Roman numeral dial with outer minute track and Breguet type moon hands over the subsidiary alarm dial, the movement with platform lever escapement striking the half hours and hours with two hammers on a gong, stamped no. 4283, within a corniche bevelled glazed case with repeat button, 6.75" high with the handle raised (two winding keys)
Appears currently functioning, hairline to the dial at the bottom, the repeat striking correctly, the passing hour strike requires adjusting as striking out of sync - the case with typical tarnishing and surface marks, the case underside with numerous service inscriptions - see images for guidance
