Condition generally is good. The top has some minor surface wear to the top which appears to be caused by skin contact (which extends to around the top horn strap button) but should polish out. The back of the guitar has many impact blemishes and scuffs. At a glance they can't really be seen but have illustrated some in the additional images to indicate severity.
