Interesting antique Chittaronne/Theorbo lute by and labelled Nicola Gusetto, Fecit Florentiea, with seventeen strings, twenty-three fluted ribbed back and inlaid fingerboard, 72" long overall

There is no case, the instrument has several cracks on the table and these and the overall condition are clearly visible in further images provided, the upper part of the fretboard is later and probably 19th century. Personal viewing always advised when possible.

Wood on table stained pine and on back probably maple but no certain
